Shefali leads strategy and ICP engineering at Growthlinex. She has built B2B marketing programmes across SaaS, real estate, healthcare technology and AI services - combining deep practitioner experience with an AI-first approach to modern B2B GTM.

Her work focuses on the harder parts of B2B marketing: defining the ICP that actually converts, building positioning that earns attention from buying committees, and wiring AI into the motion so it compounds rather than just produces output.

We started Growthlinex because we kept seeing the same pattern: brilliant B2B businesses spending real money with agencies that were optimising for the wrong things - MQL volume, vanity reach, campaign output - while the deals that mattered slipped past because the strategy underneath was thin or missing entirely.
